1. Campaign Overview
The LUXO Floors Digital Campaign (“Campaign”) is a promotional activity where eligible participants have the chance to win a 50% discount off their total material bill (limited to only Hybrid floor and installation costs are excluded). By entering this Campaign, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Campaign Period
The Campaign begins on 1st December 2024 and ends on 31st January 2025 (“Campaign Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
3.1. Participation is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
3.2. Employees of LUXO Floors, their immediate family members, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
3.3. Installation services under this Campaign are only available for Queensland residents. However, materials purchased under this Campaign can be delivered Australia-wide, subject to applicable delivery fees.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter the Campaign, participants must submit an online inquiry via the official LUXO Floors website between 1st December 2024 and 31st January 2025.
4.2. Only one entry per individual is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize Details
5.1. One winner will be selected at random through a computerized draw conducted by LUXO Floors on 14th February 2025.
5.2. The winner will receive a 50% discount on their total material bill (excluding installation costs and engineered timber floor).
5.3. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other goods or services.
6. Notification of Winner
6.1. The winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days of the draw.
6.2. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within seven (7) business days. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be drawn.
7. Prize Redemption
7.1. The discount applies solely to flooring materials purchased through LUXO Floors. Installation services are excluded from this offer.
7.2. The prize must be redeemed by 30th June 2025.
8. Delivery and Installation
8.1. Delivery of materials is available Australia-wide, subject to applicable delivery charges.
8.2. Installation services under this Campaign are only available within Queensland state and are charged separately.
9. General Conditions
9.1. LUXO Floors reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
9.2. By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
9.3. LUXO Floors is not liable for any technical errors, delays, or other issues that may impact entry submission or winner notification.
10. Privacy Policy
All personal information collected during the Campaign will be handled in accordance with the LUXO Floors Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
