Rattana and his team from Kingdom Builds were taking on a project to demolish and rebuild a new and beautiful home. Their mission was to create a new comfortable and modern atmosphere for the homeowners.

LUXO Floors were engaged to assist in the selection of colour for their new project. With the builders looking to incorporate minimalist decor in, we propose
the White Weiss Oak is a neutral color scheme which complements their lighting, decor, kitchen cabinets and stairs. Its light color hues reflect light, creating a fresh and airy atmosphere in the room.

Shirley and her team of consultants had a difficult time finding the perfect timber color for their beach home that would bring out its warm ambiance.

After much searching, they landed upon the Blackbutt Engineered Timber Floor from LUXO Floors – with unique gum veins typical to all Australian Species, it was just what Shirley needed for bringing in nature’s own beauty into this new family home!
However during the budgeting phase Shirley faced a budget constraint that may affect the outlooks of her home. With traditional flooring installation options being expensive. We proposed the floating timber floor which simplified the process of installation, and speeding up the construction time. Thanks to its easily interlocking design, installation can be cut down significantly, saving time and money. Additionally, floating timber floors are known for their durability and long lifespan, providing great value to your home in the long run.

With timber floors being engineered to a high-quality it was a much superior option compared to solid timber floors. LUXO Floors worked with Cameron Constructions in making sure the project was smooth, creating a new and beautiful home for Shirley.
